About Lola Coca
London situated, the independent and lyrically poignant Lola Coca has a way with words and melody. She's simultaneously - playful, frank and nonchalant. In 2017 Lola Coca released her debut album, "The Only Child", which featured a colourful array of songs influenced by her love for Hip-Hop, Jazz and Ska. From this album, "Love Songs" was selected to be a part of the EA Sports FIFA 17 soundtrack. "GQ" became synced in mainstream American TV series and later gained heightened popularity in China and surrounding territories. Cut to 2019, Lola Coca released one song a month for 12 months in honour of each Zodiac sign in a project entitled the "EVERY SEASON series". The series explores a non format approach to genre and captures the essence of each Zodiac sign. The EVERY SEASON series has pushed Lola Coca from her early comparisons to Lily Allen, M.I.A and Iggy Azealea into a space that is uniquely her own, and song driven.
