About FANALI
FANALI emerged from the creative impulses of three musicians who embarked on a musical journey to craft a unique sonic experience for visual storytelling, aiming to provide "the soundtrack of a film yet to be written." Their artistic vision pushed the boundaries of live looping techniques to their limits. In their pursuit, FANALI found a like-minded collaborator in visual artist Sabrina Cirillo, who became the "eyes" of the group, enhancing their performances with captivating visuals.<br/> <br/> Following the release of their first LP in 2022, - that features collaborations with (, ) and - since spring 2023, the band has released their first reinterpretations of Lou Reed and Velvet Underground classics: with (, ), with , with (, ) and with Greta Zuccoli and (). These songs will be followed by other tracks that will make up "Pale Blue Eyes - Lou Reed Reimagined", a monographic work on the New York-based artist, with the collaboration of other esteemed artists and musicians, including and (). The release of a new album of original songs is planned for 2024.
